Important Information

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 2 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Our hand-painted tops require a painting process that takes up to a maximum of 3 days extra. In case of restocking, this may take longer and our staff will send you a notification of delay via email.

Please note that delivery times will vary dependent upon the receiving country & customs clearance times. 

We don't give refunds on sale items. You can exchange your items for store credit. 

What to do if you're having issues with your delivery?

If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at your local post office. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or contact the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary.

It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to P+H Warehouse, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.

PLEASE NOTE: P+H is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within your receiving country. Any delivery date or time specified by P+H is a best estimate only. P+H will be not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, P+H will not be liable if there is no tracking information.
